Standard fitting:

Manlid: 1 off 500mm, 8 point fixing F.V. (736/0000) fitted adjacent to top of tank.

Safety Relief Valves: 1 off pressure only 2.5" F.V. (00/16300) super maxi High Flow Screwed and flanged relief valve fitted to tank top adjacent to manlid; provision for future fitting of Bursting Disc plus provision for fitting of pressure gauge. Set to discharge at 4.4 Bar, 4 off M16 on a 150mm P.C.D.

Airline / Gas return: A 50mm Butterfly Valve F.V. 355/6000, fitted with wire gauze and ISO slotted flange. Connecting flange fitted with a 1.5" BSP spigot and cap. Airline fitted adjacent to top outlet provision.

Spare Connection: DN65 tank pad fitted to tank top adjacent to manlid and fitted with bolted blank flange. Tank pad drilled 4 off M16 on a 150 mm PCD.

Top Outlet Provision: DN100 Tank pad fitted to shell complete with bolted blank flange.

Bottom Outlet: 80 mm, 45 F.V. clean flow footvalve 845/****. 80mm clamped type butterfly valve F.V. 368/7000 bolted to footvalve, fitted with a 3" BSP male threated connection dripcap and chain.

Remote Closure: Fitted to IPE 220, 1 to 2 mtr long.

St Calibration Chart: Fitted adhjacent to manlid; calibration in cm's, ltr's & US gallons in 2.5cm increments. Dip point to be marked on manlid compensation ring adjacent to relief valve tank pad on tank centre line.

Steam Heating: 5 runs stainless steel channels 100mm wide welded to base of tank; inlet : 1" thread-pipe with blind cap, outlet : 1" thread-pipe with blind cap.
